I help people change their relationship with food

I'm a Registered Dietitian and your go-to Nutrition Mentor dedicated to helping you achieve your optimal health and wellbeing. As a dietitian I educate you about how the food you eat impacts your health, but here's what I know to be true - a sustainable, long-term transformation in your eating habits STARTS with a healthy relationship with food and your body. When we begin to make choices from a place of self-care and understand how to nourish, honor, and support our bodies, it changes everything. Sounds simple enough, right? The problem is that we've been taught our entire life that we need to "fix" ourselves with the latest and greatest product or diet, and we've become disconnected with our own body and intuition as a result.

The health and fitness world is filled with so many different opinions and conflicting information that it often times feels like differentiating truth from deception is impossible. I created Lime & Greens Nutrition because I want to help. If you feel confused, frustrated, stressed out, stuck, or overwhelmed by food choices I can help simplify what healthy eating means for YOU. We all have different needs and desires, but no matter what obstacle you might be facing in your health you are CAPABLE of accomplishing your goals.

You don't have to embark on this journey alone! We all need someone in our corner for support and encouragement along the way. And that's what I'm here to do for you. I'm here to provide you with a better understanding of nutrition information, give you strategies, guidance, accountability, and to challenge you beyond your comfort zone.

With a strong educational background, experience as a coach for hundreds of individuals, overcoming my own obstacles, having competed as a Division I athlete, and as a current runner and triathlete, I offer a unique perspective on health, fitness, and nutrition.

If you're ready to let go of old habits and beliefs that are holding you back, I can help you have the BREAKTHROUGH you need to living a more energized and vibrant life. Get ready to feel empowered with new tools and strategies to start creating the healthy lifestyle you've always dreamed of.
