HOW DO I SCHEDULE A SESSION?
To get started, please fill out the application for a discovery call with one of our coaches. and you will receive a response within 1 to 2 business days about setting up your first coaching call.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
At this time, we do not accept payment through private insurance coverage, Medicare, or Medicaid. However, a superbill can be provided upon request if you would like to submit a healthcare claim for reimbursement on your own, but there is no guarantee they will approve it. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider prior to your appointment to determine if nutrition counseling is covered by your plan.
WHERE DO NUTRITION CONSULTS TAKE PLACE?
Sessions are conducted virtually via video chat, or phone.

We would still love to help you with your goals! Nutrition Coaching services are available virtually via video chat, or phone.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
After scheduling your first call with your coach you will receive an invoice via email. All payments are made online, and are due at the time of your scheduled coaching call.
