Educational video trainings are released once a week throughout the 6 week intensive. There will also be tons of supporting resources like recipes, journal worksheets, and guides.

The best part, however, is the group accountability and support. Each week we'll have a group coaching call to connect and learn from each other, but also to support each other on this journey! This is a chance to ask questions for a more personalized strategy for YOU.

You'll also have 2 x one-on-one strategy calls with your coach! One at the beginning of the 6 weeks, and one at the end to ensure you're well equipped to keep the momentum going beyond the 6 weeks.

Plus, you're in the club for life! You can revisit the video trainings as often as you need, you'll continue to have access to the private Facebook community, and there will be a group coaching call every month to provide continued support once you've completed the 6 week foundation.
