We’ve survived January!!! I am so excited for Spring to just get here already, and as we enter the month of February I can almost smell the spring blossoms! Maybe I’m getting a little ahead of myself, but knowing that warmer days are near has me really looking forward to getting outside for fun fitness activities.
Nicole Leisen and I have partnered up to help kick your booty out of winter hibernation with the MARCH FITNESS CHALLENGE! Nicole is a certified personal trainer and has provided all of the workouts you need for the entire month of March.
