Halloween officially kicks off the "holiday season" and soon we'll have plenty of opportunities to eat, drink, and be merry (or, perhaps they've already begun)!
With all of the festivities this time of year it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain our healthy habits, which is why the November Fitness Challenge was created! While I love me some Snickers and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (how are the holiday shapes so much better than the original?!), I also think it's important to prioritize healthy eating and exercise habits, take the stress away from all of the treats that make our head spin, and focus on what really matters most this time of year... JOY! And quality time with loved ones. Wouldn't you agree?
If you struggle with maintaining healthy habits during the holidays then I encourage you to check out the November Fitness Challenge with Nicole Leisen. Nicole is a certified personal trainer and will be hosting special group classes for local Cincinnati-area challenge participants throughout the month of November at her new studio in Covington, KY! I’ll be bringing to the table a weekly meal plan full of delicious seasonal recipes with with your grocery list included, so that all you have to do is print your grocery list and go!
With the help of BOTH a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer you'll have all of the tools you need to take the guess work out of maintaining healthy routines throughout the holiday season.
You can read more about the challenge and register HERE!
There are 4 options this time around:
