Cocoa Coffee Smoothie


1 cup liquid (I used Ripple dairy-free milk, but almond milk or coconut milk would be good too)

2 handfuls of spinach or kale

A shot of cold-brew coffee

1/2 a frozen banana

2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon

4 ice cubes

Optional: Protein powder


1. Add liquid and greens to a high powered blender. Blend until there are no more "chunks"

2. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
